What to do After Second Allotment 2018
The candidates who got an allotment in the UGCAP 2018 Second allotment, need to remit the fee due to University through the online payment gate way from 27/06/2018 to 29/06/2018. After meriting the fee the candidate could download the Allotment memo from the web site. Take a print out of the allotment memo. This allotment memo is required to produce in college at the time of reporting to the college.
The fee for General Category: Rs. 953/-
Fee for SC/ST : Rs. 50/-
All the allotted candidates in the Second Allotment 2018 should have to report to the college on or before 27/06/2018 4.30 pm along with the allotment memo and all other required documents.
The students who get allotment on should remit the fee applicable to the course in the institution at the time of admission. Those students who decide to seek permanent admission should have to remit the the fee in the institution and take admission.
The allotted candidates who are not satisfied with the current allotment do not need not pay any fee in the institution at the time of admission. However, in the fourth allotment they should they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the higher option and if not secured they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the previous option.
If the allotted candidates failed to remit the fee or report o the college within the specified time will results to cancel their current allotment. Such candidates will not be considered for any further allotments.
All the candidates could rearrange/delete their options from 27/06/2018 to 29/06/2018.
Documents/Certificates to be produced for Admission
The candidates should produce the following documents in original before the Principal/Head of the college/institution at the time of admission
Allotment memo received from online.
Receipt of fee remitted in the bank.
Certificate to prove date of birth.
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
Marklists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.
Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University is required in the case of students who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except CBSE/CISCE
If applicable migration certificate to be produced.
Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution.
NCC/NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.
Certificate in original in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer
Community Certificate along with non-creamy layer certificate (as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The non-creamy layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of application.
Community Certificate along with the relevant certificate from the revenue authorities concerned to the effect that they come under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category of forward communities in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EBFC.
